Keeping track of the entire printing job: As a pre-press coordinator, I’m everyone’s central contact person. That includes our customers, whom I advise on realisation of their print jobs; it includes our suppliers and reprographics providers; and of course, it includes all of our departments - assembly, printing, planning, service, and sales - for whom I prepare jobs for production and create documentation. We all work together as equals, agreeing on how to proceed, understanding each other’s concerns, being actively involved and thinking outside the box... And the results make us all proud every time. I love my job!
PERSONAL GROWTH WITH CHRISTIANSEN PRINT
From printing trainee to team leader: This is where I became an adult; I’ve developed here both personally and professionally. These days, I’m responsible for an entire team, and I also do correction in our colour laboratory. I chose Christiansen Print twice: for a traineeship when I was 16, and then again for a career. That says it all!
