Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility
Throughout the world thoughts are turning to a future of sustainability and corporate responsibility. As a family business, we fully assume our corporate responsibility. In order to remain economically successful in the long term, we are currently revising our Corporate Responsibility strategy and reorganizing and revaluating the topics relevant to the THIMM Group. Our CR strategy is based on the three pillars: economy, ecology and social responsibility. For us, this means

- to use resources efficiently (ecology) and
- to be a preferred employer in an attractive working environment (social)
Responsible Sourcing Guideline
With our Responsible Sourcing Guideline, we establish a consistent framework for working with suppliers and service providers. It defines requirements for quality, documentation and legally compliant conduct, as well as criteria covering environmental performance, occupational health and safety, social standards and integrity across the supply chain.
